Frequently Asked Questions?

Employee outsourcing is a business strategy where employees are hired through an external company (employment agency) instead of being directly employed within the organization. This allows businesses to manage workforce flexibility, reduce administrative costs, and improve operational efficiency.

  1. Company submits a request – The business specifies the number and profile of required employees.
  2. Agency recruits and hires employees – The outsourcing company handles the recruitment process, contracts, documentation, and payroll administration.
  3. Employee delegation – Hired workers perform their duties at the client’s company but are formally employed by the agency.
  4. Billing and supervision – The client company pays the agency a predetermined rate, usually in the form of a monthly invoice.

  • Flexibility – Quickly adjust workforce size according to current needs.
  • Time and cost savings – No need to conduct recruitment and HR administration.
  • Legal risk minimization – The agency is the formal employer, reducing the client company's legal obligations.
  • Access to international employees – Ability to hire foreign workers through the recruitment agency.

  • 🔹 In seasonal industries (e.g., agriculture, logistics, manufacturing).
  • 🔹 When the company needs a large number of employees in a short time.
  • 🔹 To avoid complex recruitment and administrative processes.
  • 🔹 For projects requiring specialized skills.

A residence card is a document confirming the legal stay of a foreigner in Poland. It allows:

  • ✅ Legal stay and work in Poland without additional permits.
  • ✅ Free travel within the Schengen zone (up to 90 days within 180 days).
  • ✅ Access to healthcare, education, and social benefits.
  • ✅ Easier future legalization (e.g., eligibility for permanent residence or citizenship).
  • ✅ The ability to open a bank account, rent an apartment, and sign contracts.

A residence card can be issued for temporary stay (1-3 years), permanent stay (10 years), or as an EU long-term resident card (5 years).

The waiting time for a residence card depends on the province where the application is submitted. On average, the process takes 4 to 8 months, but in some cases, it may take longer, especially in large cities with a high number of applications. To speed up the process, make sure all required documents are correctly and completely submitted.

The waiting time for a work permit in Poland depends on various factors, such as the number of applications and the completeness of the documentation. According to regulations, a decision should be issued within 30 days, and in particularly complex cases, up to 2 months from the start of the proceedings.

However, in practice, especially in larger cities, the process can take between 4 and 8 months. To speed up the process, ensure that the application is complete and includes all required documents.

No! Citizens of non-EU countries (third countries) cannot legally work in Poland without the appropriate work permit or another authorization, such as a temporary residence and work permit. Working without the required document is illegal and may result in legal consequences for both the employee and the employer.

However, there are exceptions. Citizens of Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine can work in Poland without a permit if the employer registers a declaration of employment with the local labor office. This allows work for up to 6 months within a 12-month period.

Additionally, some groups of foreigners are exempt from needing a work permit, such as holders of a Polish Card or full-time students in Poland.

Yes, we assist with visa applications, but only in countries where we have recruitment offices. Currently, we offer visa support in Saudi Arabia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Ukraine. In these locations, we help candidates with document preparation, obtaining a visa, and organizing travel to Europe.

The waiting time for a visa to Poland for Saudi Arabian citizens is typically around 6 months, but there is no fixed rule. The process depends solely on the Polish Embassy in Saudi Arabia, which reviews applications individually. Factors such as the number of applications, completeness of documents, and security procedures can impact processing times. It is advisable to apply as early as possible and ensure all documents are correctly prepared.
